B’s here today. We’re making cupcakes. Wonder what colour we should do today? My newly discovered Vanilla Cupcake recipe is gorgeous, moist and soft and not too sweet. Oh, and we love the buttercream too. Will share pics later.

Made these today. Just the right size and oh so yummy!!! These little babies are best eaten on the day they are baked.

I did some relief teaching today. It’s been so long since I entered a classroom, I almost forgot how it felt. But the moment I got home and touched down on the bed, the feeling became ‘oh-so-familiar’. Waking up at 6 in the morning, trying to talk about 35 students … all this, no mean feat. I’ve still got 2 days to go. Wish me luck!
