I admit I haven’t been shooting as often as I would like to, and I REALLY SHOULD! But here are some random shots from the past week.
We celebrated my brother-in-law’s birthday last week with a treat to a nice Italian restaurant.

The beef carpaccio was YUMMY!!!

As was this risotto.

The kids had pizza and they looked happy…

These are some pictures taken on Sunday at church…

Yes.. yes.. I’m still here. But you know, the usual Christmas and New Year periods are especially busy. So what’s been up??
Short Getaway in Desaru
We drove up for a 2 day family break. The kids are always excited to go on holiday, even if it’s just to Malaysia. See their excited faces?? Everything was packed, as you can imagine, we needed to keep them occupied for 2.5 hours.

And they wasted no time getting down to the ‘real stuff’!!

And, of course, being mommy, I had to get E to do his homework. :p

Some nice pics..

We’ve been Wii-ing
Bought a Wii about 2 weeks back and it’s been FUN, FUN, FUN!!! It’s great family entertainment and also for friends. We’ve had some friends over for some games and again this Sunday. Can’t wait!!
’Help’less
We’ve been without a helper for almost 2 weeks now. So it’s been extra busy at home, doing housework … and also the kids starting school. This year, they’re both in the morning session so we’ve had to wake up at 6.30am everyday. Tiring… E’s coping well in school, and so is H. Honestly, although it’s been more tiring and less freedom, taking care of the kiddos has been extremely fulfilling.
Wish I could just do away with the housework!!! :p
Heading Off
It’s almost confirmed that J will be posted to Germany for work… and he was recently told for 9 months. Seems like it’ll happen after CNY. We’ll be going together as family… so many changes for 2008, but it’s a good feeling. We’re committing everything to God and his plans. Pray with us.

Killer Bunnies … if you haven’t tried it, DON’T!!! Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

And since we’re on the subject of games, anyone been to Settlers Cafe? It’s like the coolest place if you like to play board games.
Finally, a post from me! Sorry for the long absence, been busy (what else!) with work and also, yup, you guessed it, board games. Got hooked on this bug when I visited B in Melbourne and met one of T’s friends. Shawn. I really don’t know if it’s a good thing or not, coz it’s quite addictive and costly man! I’ve only got 4 games and they already cost me close to a hundred bucks! But it’s been fun and it’s really cool to play with friends. I hope more friends will become interested in board games, they’re challenging, fun and a good social activity. So the next time anyone is free for a game, call me yah?
